Due to organizational expansion, we are looking for a Business Sales in a similar role to join our Milan office.

**Main Activities:**

+ Liaise with stakeholders and partners to offer tailored solutions to the client portfolio.
+ Understand the needs of B2B and B2C clients (national and international players across various sectors) and propose the company’s services.
+ Participate in the preparation of necessary documents for presenting offers with involved teams.
+ Manage relationships with clients and across company business units.
+ Monitor offers, follow up, and process improvement.
+ Search for new clients to add to the portfolio.
+ Participate in events with stakeholders, partners, and business units.

**The candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:**

+ 2+ years of experience as a Sales Account or in a similar role.
+ Experience using Business Applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
+ Knowledge of sales methodologies.

**Preferred qualifications include:**

+ Master’s in Sales Management and/or Digital Marketing.
+ Basic knowledge of e-commerce, digital technologies, marketing, and design.
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
