With Bloomest, we launched a digital transformation journey that continues to evolve over time. The goal was to adapt sales operations with flexibility, aligning them to the company’s needs, challenges and strategic objectives.

Leader in the self-service laundry sector, Bloomest is a dynamic and structured organization active across several European markets. What began as a project to streamline pipeline management has grown into an integrated ecosystem of tools, workflows and strategies designed to support the entire organization: from sales representatives to senior management.

Smart leads management

The project was driven by Bloomest’s need for a system capable of supporting the acquisition of new customers, optimizing lead management and the control of new business opportunities. The outcome also included a high-level monitoring system, designed to meet the needs of Bloomest’s complex organizational structure across the four countries it operates in — Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany.

An Automated CRM for tailored workflows

To meet these requirements, we implemented a CRM system that supported automated workflows from the outset: vtenext CRM. In the current process, the contact forms available on the different Bloomest websites serve as the primary acquisition channels. Through their integration into the CRM, the lead contacts are synchronized with the system and automatically assigned, on a geographic basis, to the specific sales representative.

Advanced Dashboards for Strategic Monitoring

Beyond lead acquisition, the CRM also manages business opportunities in a structured way over time. Advanced dashboards support executive roles in monitoring leads and opportunities, providing an overview and up-to-date insights on the deal stage. The system ensures traceability, visibility and continuity in the effective management of commercial processes. For example, if a lead is not followed up within five days, the system automatically notifies both the sales rep and the country manager, ensuring constant oversight of open opportunities.

Multichannel lead generation

At a different stage of the project, a lead acquisition system was also activated through advertising campaigns on Meta and Google. The integration between the advertising platforms and the CRM was made possible with Zapier, which allowed a further enrichment of lead contacts, generated by Meta campaigns, directly into the CRM. The entire ecosystem was structured in a way that it could support interoperability through APIs, enabling real-time connections with websites, Zapier and other external applications, while at the same time ensuring data consistency and timely data management.

Advanced Integrations for a digital, structured ecosystem

The system supports advanced functionalities, such as automated event scheduling with reminders, integration with ScoreApp to qualify leads with data-driven assessments, and automated communication workflows via e-mail and SMS. All functions are accessible through the native CRM app – Wilson, available for both iOS and Android, which further supports the different operating countries with the multilingual setup.

This integrated digital infrastructure ensures traceability, visibility and continuity over time, supporting the effective management of commercial processes and Bloomest’s growth. By leveraging actionable data and more efficient operations, the organization can quickly respond to the ever-changing market needs, gaining a competitive advantage for its development and positioning.
